It is available on the SWATBLOG website under “All Products & Documents” -> CA ARCserve RHA -> Tools”.

This is currently for inside CA employees. You should check with your manager before giving it to a customer. Remember, there is no promised support for this tool.

The tool requires Microsoft Access to be installed to run properly.
